We ship all our orders via Australia Post using e-parcel at no charge.

certain regions have the option to upgrade to express shipping (in specific areas), which they will see at checkout.

Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for your parcel once it’s out of our hands and with Australia Post. Some delays such as customs, processing, strikes/protests, natural disasters, roads and traffic, busy seasons (i.e Christmas) are simply out of our control. 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit ,a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Products must be unworn and in new condition.

Typically, orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day however dispatch time can be anywhere between 1-3 business days during peak periods.
